Overview
Join your Elev8 MTB crew for a mid-day maintenance session in Gold Bar. We’ll tackle light trimming and minor contouring on two classic trails to keep them flowing smooth and safe.
Trails & Scope
Work Level 1 – Trimming & Minor Contouring
- Hustler
- Gold Digger
Tasks Include:
- Edge-trimming overgrowth for clear sightlines
- Light smoothing and reshaping of trail tread
- Clearing small debris from the riding line
What to Bring
- Footwear: sturdy hiking or work boots
- Gloves: your own work gloves
- Clothing: weather-appropriate layers (sun/rain protection as needed)
- Hydration & Snacks: water bottle and a light snack
All trimming and contouring tools will be provided on-site.
Check-In & Schedule
- 10:45 AM: Arrive at Gold Bar Park entrance, check in with Cory, sign waiver, pick up your tools
- 11:00 AM: Safety briefing and trail assignments
- 11:15 AM – 1:15 PM: Trimming and contouring work on Hustler and Gold Digger
- 1:15 PM – 1:30 PM: Debrief, return tools, and wrap up
Please arrive by 10:45 AM so we can start promptly at 11 AM.
